He describes the design as a 'facade like a wisteria trellis dancing in the breeze,' a delicate balance between fitting in and making a statement. The solution? Translucent glass panels. These panels, finished in the iconic Tiffany Blue, curve gracefully around the building, creating a fluid, organic form.
